in northeastern Louisiana, Concordia Parish in northeastern Louisiana, South Central Tensas Parish in
northeastern Louisiana until 12:45 PM CDT. At 8:44 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 2
to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

| Flash Flood Warning Parishes Affected: Pointe Coupee, West Feliciana | The National Weather Service in New Orleans has issued a Flash Flood Warning for Northwestern Pointe Coupee Parish
in southeastern Louisiana and Northwestern West Feliciana Parish in southeastern Louisiana until 1245 PM CDT.
At 937 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4
inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

POINTE COUPEE AND NORTHWESTERN WEST FELICIANA PARISHES.. At 1038 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 5 and 8 inches of rain have fallen. Additional
rainfall amounts of 2 to 6 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

central Louisiana until 100 PM CDT. At 859 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across
the warned area. Between 8 and 12 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring.
The National Weather Service in Lake Charles has issued a Flash Flood Warning for Central Avoyelles Parish in central
Louisiana, Northeastern Evangeline Parish in central Louisiana, Southeastern Rapides Parish in central Louisiana, and
North Central St. Landry Parish in central Louisiana until 100 PM CDT. At 944 AM CDT, the public reported thunderstorms
producing heavy rain in Marksville, Mansura, Bunkie, and Big Cane. Between 3 and 8 inches of rain have fallen. Flash
flooding is already occurring.

| Flash Flood Warning Parishes Affected: St. Tammany | The National Weather Service in New Orleans has issued a Flash Flood Warning for Southeastern St. Tammany Parish in southeastern Louisiana,
Hancock County in southern Mississippi, Northern Harrison County in southern Mississippi, Southeastern Pearl River County in southern
Mississippi until 230 PM CDT. At 1131 AM CDT, emergency management reported multiple floods impassable due to flooding across rural Hancock,
northwest Harrison, and Pearl River Counties. Between 8 and 12 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 6 inches are possible
in the warned area. Life-threatening flash flooding is already occurring.
